WISHING YOU AND UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY SEASON AND A

MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM THE TIEBENS FAMILY!!!

Welcome to www.TiebensFamily.com … We are thrilled that you stopped by to say “hello” and to share with our year that was…

2009 was a year of breakthroughs! Gary turned “golden” in January 2009!  We celebrated quietly with a very intimate celebration at Morton’s.  He travelled quite a bit on business this year and is very much excited about working at NGC and is part of many amazing projects! He’s also happy to be working closely once again with his great friend and mentor Gordon Hall.

Garrett has adjusted rather well in First Grade. He even joined the Speech Meet and proudly performed on stage and recited Psalm 23! At 7 years old, his interests this year ranged from Tae Kwon Do, basketball, flag football, learning about weapons and now, rocks and gemstones!  His music choices are quite varied… he loves praise music as well as pop and occasional “mild” rap.  He loves to dance and is quite opinionated as to what hat, clothes and shoes he wears. He’s not brand conscious but he has a certain “look” that he likes to keep.  He loves Tilly’s and HSS stores and loves brightly colored sunglasses as well as interesting belts and hats!  Inside this fashionista is a boy who loves and honors God and his parents and realizes that we are born for a purpose and that we should do our best with the Spirit of Excellence at all times!  His favorite thing to do is to hang-out with Mommy and Daddy!  Wow, I hope that lasts forever ;)

Emma on the other hand has been busy being “The Relational Marketer”.  In January 08, her Blog www.TheRelationalMarketer.com was born and she launched her Business Coaching Program and Video Marketing LIVE Bootcamps.  She now enables entrepreneurs to create a powerful and profitable online presence to help them attract their perfect clients - www.CreateYourOnlinePresenceNow.com .  She teaches entrepreneurs how to use technology and social media marketing to build and foster relationships online - and offline - with people they wouldn’t have been able to reach before. She has indeed connected with incredibly respected individuals and Mentors this year and she couldn’t be more grateful for all the people and opportunities that come her way!

We didn’t go to exotic vacations this year, but we did spend some great family vacation time in Mammoth, CA, Palm Desert, CA and Louisville, KY.  Emma is going on an Internet Marketers’ Caribbean Cruise in January and hopefully shortly after that, we will be going on a family Hawaiian Cruise.  Since Emma started her membership with World Ventures - a discount travel membership site, we are now able to take advantage of incredible travel deals at www.worldventures.biz . Our dream trip is still a trip to Bora-Bora and/or a Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Cruise Lines!

In November, Granny LaVerne Tiebens came to spend Thanksgiving Day and her birthday with us and we had a most amazing time!  The highlight of her visit was a night of dancing and live piano music at Villa Nova in Newport Beach - that was also where Garrett danced with me and Granny for the first time and absolutely loved it!  Thank you for stopping by and for your interest on how our 2009 went.  We’d love to hear about how yours was!  Please stay in touch and let’s connect on Facebook - www.Facebook.com/emmatiebens or www.Twitter.com/emmatiebens .

We are truly grateful to God for all the tremendous blessings He continues to shower us with!  Our prayer for you and your family is that you continue to live a life full of JOYFUL EXPECTANCY AND LOVE!  A very Merry Christmas to you and your family and an unforgettable Holiday Season!  Here’s to a year filled with FAITH, HOPE AND LOVE… and as always, the greatest of these is LOVE!

Love,

Gary, Emma and Garrett ;)

    Hi Emma,

Thank you so much for the wonderfui Christmas card. Such a beautiful photo of you, Gary and Garrett! You look like a blessed and very happy family!

Unable to make it home for the holidays this year, work has been crazy busy, working 10 months of 6 day weeks with very aggressive post production schedules. We have to finish work on Alice In Wonderland over the coming weeks, no holiday vacation requests for the crew. Work after Alice is going to be pretty scarce until mid year so some scary times ahead!

All Spice Cafe is continuing to grow considering my crazy schedule! The sauces are available in about 16 Whole Food stores and about 40 total in southern CA. Some good things happening and hopefully a lot more growth, allowing me more time to spend on the business!

I hope you and your wonderful family have a very Merry Christmas and a joyous and prosperous New Year!

    Much Love,
    JD
